Training has been a part of my life since the age of 7. I started at a young age competing in a football league and I haven't stopped being active since.It's simple to me, it's a lifestyle. I felt in love with taking care of my body and my goal is to share my knowledge with people all around me. 2 years ago I decided to get my personal trainer certification with CAN-FIT PRO. I am still looking forward to get more certifications and educate myself on everything fitness. So I can keep helping people around me to the best of my abilities, I feel like it's every personal trainer's job, to always keep educating yourself. I pride myself on being an all around coach, meaning I can train beginners or established athletes. In my workouts I like to throw in different workouts, so my clients do not get bored. In addition to my certification, my background helps me a lot also.Having competed myself in 3 major sports at a high level ( College Basketball AAA, American Football & Amateur Boxing) I am very comfortable training athletes who perform in any of those disciplines. Especially boxing athletes as I am still currently an amateur boxer.I am very passionate about what I do and I can't wait to share it with you.
